Opening of De Waterlelie swimming pool
Will you be joining us on 19 October? Let us know you’re coming.
More places to swim, closer to everyone
With four mobile swimming pool sites, Swimwise and the City of Mechelen are bringing extra swimming facilities to where they are needed: close to schools, clubs and local residents. De Waterlelie, with two 25-metre pools, demonstrates how an innovative approach can quickly create more space for learning to swim, playing sport and keeping active.
During the opening reception, we will also be presenting the full swimming pool project.
